How do I flag a P1 incident outside business hours?
Submit a ticket with priority set to P1 · Critical and call the hotline listed above — our on-call engineer is alerted within minutes.
Will I get a ticket reference number?
Yes — a unique reference ID is shown on this page right after submission and emailed to you. Quote it in any follow-up communication.
Can multiple stakeholders be CC'd on the ticket?
Add additional contacts in the description (name + email). Your Customer Success Manager is auto-included on all tickets.
What information should I include for a bug report?
Steps to reproduce, expected vs actual behaviour, environment (prod / UAT), anonymized user IDs, timestamps, and any correlation / trace IDs from logs.
How is my data protected?
Tickets are stored in our SOC 2-aligned support system, encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3), with role-based access for engineers assigned to your account.
