Quick answers before you raise a ticket

Many common questions are answered below — if your issue is urgent or production-impacting, please raise a P1 ticket immediately.

How do I flag a P1 incident outside business hours?
Submit a ticket with priority set to P1 · Critical and call the hotline listed in the support panel so our on-call engineer is alerted right away.
Will I receive a ticket reference number?
Yes. After submission you'll see a unique reference ID on this page and receive an email confirmation. Quote this ID in any follow-up communication.
Can multiple stakeholders be CC'd on the ticket?
Add additional contacts in the description (name + email). Your assigned Customer Success Manager will be auto-included on all tickets.
What information should I include for a bug report?
Steps to reproduce, expected vs actual behaviour, environment (prod / UAT), affected user IDs (anonymized), timestamps, and any correlation/trace IDs from logs.
Is this portal for prospective clients?
No — this portal is for existing FinXsystems clients. New enquiries should use the contact form on our home page.
How is my data protected?
Tickets are stored in our SOC 2-aligned support system, encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3), with role-based access for engineers assigned to your account.
